Nextdoor.com is a private social-media website that is not affiliated with, administered by, or endorsed by the HOA. The HOA does not provide homeowners’ contact information to the nextdoor.com administrator, due to privacy considerations, and homeowners are not required to participate on nextdoor.com. Nextdoor.com allows participating residents to communicate with one another; unlike the HOA, nextdoor.com participation is not limited to home owners.
For these reasons, homeowners should not use nextdoor.com for HOA-related communications to the HOA board or the CAM management team, although board members may participate on nextdoor.com as residents. Homeowners should instead use one of the following:
- Contact the CAM Team.
- Contact the Board through our virtual suggestion box. Submissions can be anonymous.
- Board meetings are open to homeowners, to voice concerns and ask questions.
On occasion, board members may post information or respond to a question on nextdoor.com, however nextdoor.com is not an official communication forum for the HOA, which must conduct official business according to Florida law governing non-profit corporations.
